Redeem a challenge reward
Honoring a finisher's challenge or trail reward at the register, by the code on their coupon or by their name.
When a Taste member finishes one of your challenges, or a trail you're a stop on, they get a coupon in Taste with a code like CHL-MZN-0012-AB3F. Trail codes start with TRL. Anyone on your team can redeem it, on every plan, so a reward you promised can always be honored.
Redeem a reward
Open Redeem
On Customers › Challenges, click Redeem a reward (on a phone, Redeem).
Find it
Type the code from their coupon, or the person's name and pick their reward from the list. Click Look it up.
Check it
The reward shows with the challenge it's from and its fine print, and whether it's good to use.
Redeem
Click Redeem. It's spent at once, and the member's coupon shows it within seconds.
Nothing is spent until you click Redeem.
What the lookup can say

A trail's reward is good once, at any stop on the trail. A card frame has nothing to redeem.
Codes work in Club too
A challenge code typed into Club's Redeem opens this same lookup, so staff can use one box for both.
