Followers and Tell followers
Who follows your brewery on PintDeck Taste, what they see, and announcing an event to their phones and inboxes.
Drinkers can follow your brewery from your page in Taste. Following is free, whatever your plan, and your events and new beers show on their Taste Home without you doing anything.
Each follower can also turn on Push and Email for your brewery. Both start off. You reach those followers only by telling them about one of your Taste events, once per event, a few times a month depending on your plan.
You see how many people follow you, never who they are.
Tell followers about an event
Open the event
Go to Customers › Taste, Events, and open the event. On its Details tab, the Followers panel says how many follow you, how many have push on and how many get your email.
Click Tell followers
The Tell your followers dialog has two choices, Push and Email. Each says how many followers it reaches; one with nobody to reach is grayed out. There's nothing to write: the message is built from the event, with its name, date, where, and what's pouring.
Send
Click Send. Afterward the panel says when it went and how many phones and inboxes it reached.
Each event can be announced once. Only owners and admins can send.

One event is one announcement, whether it goes by push, email or both. The dialog shows how many you've used, and the count starts over on the 1st of each month. If a send fails, nothing goes out and it doesn't count.
When Tell followers is grayed out
The Followers panel says why:

If nobody follows you yet, the panel says so. When people do, your events show on their Home.
