Kegs & stock
How much of each beer you have and when it runs out, where every keg is, and the stock that isn't beer.
Kegs (sidebar Inventory › Kegs) shows how much of each beer you have, the day each one runs out, and where every keg you own is. It's on the Brewhouse and Reserve plans. Stock (Inventory › Stock, Reserve) counts everything else you reorder: wine, spirits, cans, ingredients and merch.
The Kegs page has three tabs: On hand for your beers, Kegs for the kegs themselves, and Activity for what moved. Most of it works on the PintDeck Business for iPhone app too, under Taps and Cellar.

Add your places
Your cold room, a warehouse, the bars you deliver to. See Places and stock.
Add your kegs
Once each, with the number stamped or stuck on it. See Add kegs.
Choose which places count
A beer's stock is the full kegs at the places that are in stock for it. A beer that isn't in stock anywhere is counted by hand instead.
Keep it current
Fill kegs after a brew, mark them empty when they kick, and record kegs as they leave and come back. See The Kegs tab and Move kegs.
