Redeem perks
Ringing a member's perk in at the bar, perks that Square takes off on its own, and reading the ledger of everything redeemed.
When a member asks for their birthday pint, find them, pick the perk and ring it in. Anyone on your team can redeem, not only admins, and it keeps working even if your PintDeck plan ends: you still owe your members what they were promised.
Redeem a perk
Open Redeem
In the Club tab, choose Redeem.
Find the member
Under No phone on them? Find them by name or number, type two or more letters of their name, or their number or email. Up to six active members show, each with how many perks they hold. Click them.
Pick the perk
Their unused perks are listed, each with why they got it, such as Birthday 2026. Nothing owed to them right now means there's nothing to redeem.
Check it and ring it in
The next screen shows the member, the perk, its fine print, Good until if it expires, and At the brewery if it can only be used there. Add a Note if you like, and What it cost you for your own books: it shows up in the ledger, so you can weigh the club against what it brings in. Click Redeem it.
Nothing is spent until Redeem it. The ✕ at the top cancels.
From a member's page
A member's Perks tab lists what they hold under Available, each with Redeem. This spends it straight away, with no second screen. Admins can take back a perk nobody has used with the ✕ beside it.
The name search on Redeem only finds active members. A lapsed member keeps the perks they hold: open them on Members and redeem from their Perks tab.
When the register takes it off
With Square connected, a perk that's live at your register comes off a member's ticket there. On Redeem, those perks say Comes off at the register on its own and are marked At the register.
Don't ring it in twice
If a perk is marked At the register, let Square take it off. It stays clickable here for the times the register misses it, since a new perk can take a few minutes to reach the till.
The ledger
Under Redeem, the Ledger lists the last 500 perks redeemed, newest first. It starts with four columns:

Customize adds Rung in by, How, At the brewery and Note, and turns on Group by day. How is Code for a perk rung in from PintDeck, and At the register for one Square took off, recorded from the order itself. Search with Search the ledger…, or filter by How.
