Analytics
How the brewery is doing, from your register, cellar, Taste and club, and a builder for the questions the dashboard doesn't answer.
Analytics puts the brewery's numbers in one place: what the register took, what sold and when, what the cellar and brewhouse did, what people thought of your beer on Taste, and how the club is doing. It's on the Brewhouse and Reserve plans, on the web.
It has three parts, along the top of the page:
- Dashboard: sixteen cards your whole team reads, for the period you pick.
- Reports: the built-in reports, and a builder for your own. Save a report and everyone at the brewery can open it.
- By beer: what each beer sold at the register next to how often people logged it on Taste.
Where the numbers come from
Each number comes from a part of PintDeck you already use. A dashboard card over something you haven't set up says so, rather than showing zeros.
| Numbers about | Come from |
|---|---|
| The register | Your Square account, connected in Settings › Register. Per-beer numbers count only the register buttons matched to a beer there. |
| Beer and the cellar | Your kegs, tank schedule and brew logs, and beers. |
| Taste | Pours logged on PintDeck Taste against your beers, once your brewery is claimed, and your paid events. |
| The club | Your Club: members, perks used and dues. |
Days, weeks and hours are your brewery's time zone, so the dashboard and every report agree on where yesterday ended.
Who can do what
Everyone on the team can read the dashboard, run and build reports, save them, and export. Only admins arrange the dashboard: add, move, resize and remove its cards.
