Card analytics

How many people collect your Taste cards, how many come back, and what Taste never tells you about anyone.

Card analytics sits at the top of Customers › Taste, Overview. It counts the people who hold your cards and the ones who came back for more. It appears once someone has collected one of your cards, for owners and admins. On Taster it says which plan has it.

The numbers across the top

CollectorsPeople holding at least one of your cards, and how many cards they hold between them.
Came backThe share of collectors who hold more than the first card of a beer.
On siteThe share of your beer cards minted at your brewery.
Most collectedYour beer with the most collectors.

Beers

One row per beer that someone has collected, most collected first.

ColumnMeans
CollectorsPeople holding at least one card of the beer.
Came backOf those, how many hold more than the first card.
Return rateCame back as a share of Collectors.
On siteThe share of its cards minted at your brewery.
Top tierThe highest card anyone holds of it. The First Pour counts as the highest.

Events

One row per Taste event series.

ColumnMeans
CollectorsPeople who collected something from it.
Check-insAttendance across every date, so one regular counts every time.
Repeat visitsCheck-ins minus Collectors: the visits from people coming back.

Both tables search, filter and sort like the other tables in the dashboard, and you can save a view as a preset.

What Taste never tells you

Everything here is a count. No names, no times, no places. The same goes for everything else Taste shows a brewery:
