Export and print
Download a report as a PDF, an Excel workbook or a CSV, print it, or export one dashboard card.
Any report can leave PintDeck: for your accountant, a partner, or a meeting. Every export is the report as it's set up on screen, with its period, filters and comparison.
Export a report
Open the report in Reports, then open Export at the top right.
| Choice | What you get |
|---|---|
| The report on a printed page: your logo and brewery name, the title, the period, any filters, the chart and the table. | |
| Excel workbook | The numbers on one sheet, ready to add up, and an About sheet saying exactly what was asked. |
| CSV (summary) | The totals on screen, as a plain spreadsheet. |
| CSV (rows) | In Detailed view: every row underneath the totals. |
| Print… | The same page as the PDF, in a new tab, to print or save from your browser. |
Files are named after the report and its dates, like net_sales_per_day_2026-09-01_2026-09-30.xlsx.
What's in each
Excel workbook
The first sheet is Summary, or Rows for a detailed report (up to 5,000 rows). Money is in dollars with real number formats, so it sums in Excel. With a comparison on, each metric gets two more columns: (previous) and (change).
The About sheet travels with the numbers, because a spreadsheet gets forwarded without the screen it came from: Report, Brewery, Data, Period, Compared to, Filters, Time zone, Demo beers and Generated.
PDF and print
The page has your brewery's name and logo (if you've added one), when it was made, and the time zone its times are in. A chart report shows the chart above the table. A detailed report shows the first 2,000 rows and says so: Showing the first 2,000 of N rows. Export to Excel for all of them.
Print… opens the page with Print / Save as PDF and Close at the top.
CSV
Dollars rather than cents, and percentages as 0 to 100. It opens in Excel without an import wizard.
Export one dashboard card
On the dashboard, open a card's … menu and choose Export CSV. It downloads what the card shows, for the period you're looking at. For a PDF or Excel file, choose Open in Reports first, then Export.
