Plans and your free trial
What Taster, Brewhouse and Reserve cost and include, how the free trial works, discounts, and complimentary access.
PintDeck has three plans: Taster, Brewhouse and Reserve. Each includes everything in the one before it. Every brewery has its own plan, so if you run two breweries, each one is billed on its own.
Prices
| Plan | Billed monthly | Billed annually |
|---|---|---|
| Taster | $49 a month | $39 a month ($468 a year) |
| Brewhouse | $149 a month | $119 a month ($1,428 a year) |
| Reserve | $299 a month | $239 a month ($2,868 a year) |
Annual billing saves about 20%. Checkout asks for a billing address and adds sales tax where it applies.

A tab your plan doesn't include shows the plan that has it, with a lock, in the sidebar. Some tabs are still being turned on brewery by brewery; those say Coming soon until they're on for yours, whatever your plan.
To change plans, use Settings › Billing. See Billing.
Your free trial
A new brewery starts with a free trial when it picks its plan, during setup. See Getting started.
- How long: the plan page and checkout say how long your trial is and the date it ends. It's 14 days unless an invite or an offer set another length.
- A card up front: checkout takes a card through Stripe, and nothing is charged until the trial ends.
- The countdown: the top of the dashboard shows days left in trial, amber in the last three days. Click it to open Billing.
- When it ends: your card is charged and the plan carries on. To stop instead, cancel before the end date.
- Changing plan during the trial: the new plan starts straight away and nothing is charged; its price applies from the day the trial ends.
Each brewery gets one free trial. After that, starting a plan again charges straight away, and Billing says Your free trial has already been used.
Discounts
If your brewery has a discount, your current plan shows its name, and a percentage discount shows on the plan cards as the lower price beside the crossed-out one. Without one, checkout has a field for a promotion code.
Complimentary access
Sometimes we give a brewery a plan for a set time at no charge. While it runs, the top of the dashboard counts down days of complimentary access (red in the last two days), a banner says how many days are left, and the brewery menu shows Comp beside the plan. To keep your brewery online after it ends, subscribe in Billing before then. If there's no card on file, the banner asks you to Add payment method.
Your team
Inviting people to your brewery, what each role can do, how many people each plan allows, handing over ownership, and working across more than one brewery.
