Your account settings

Your name and picture, the emails you get, task notifications, feature tips, changing your password, restoring a deleted brewery, and using more than one account.

Your account is you, not your brewery: the same login whichever brewery you're working in. To change it, click your picture at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Settings. Account Settings opens.

Your name and picture

  • Click your picture to upload a new one: PNG, JPG, GIF or WebP, up to 5 MB.
  • Change Name and click Save Profile.
  • Email is shown but can't be changed.

The emails you get

Under Communications, Product updates & news is occasional email about new features, improvements and offers. Turn it on or off here, any time.

When you're new, a dot on your picture means Stay in the loop is waiting on its menu, asking the same thing once: Sign me up or No thanks.

Task activity notifications

When Activity summary on return is on, signing in or coming back to PintDeck after a break shows a note of task activity you missed. These settings are for the brewery you're in.

Feature tips

The first time you open a tab, a short intro explains it.

  • Show them again brings back every intro you've closed.
  • Show tips on new tabs off stops them opening by themselves. You can still open a tab's intro from the ? at the top of the page.

Change your password

Under Security, click Change Password. Type your Current Password, then the New Password twice (at least 8 characters), and click Change Password.

If you only ever sign in with Apple, Google or an emailed link, you have no current password to type. Use Forgot password? on the sign-in page to set one. See Signing in.

Restore a deleted brewery

If you own a brewery that's been deleted in the last 30 days, Deleted breweries lists it with the days left to restore it. Click Restore to bring it back with everything in it.

More than one account

You can be signed in to several PintDeck accounts in one browser, a work login and a personal one, say.

  • Add account on the menu under your picture opens the sign-in page for the next one.
  • Switch account on the same menu lists the others. Click one to switch.

Accepting a team invitation sent to another email works the same way: you join as that account without being signed out of this one.
