Today

The page the dashboard opens on, and what each part of it is telling you.

Platform › TodayEvery plan

Today is where the dashboard opens. It pulls the day together from the rest of PintDeck: what's on, what's moving in the cellar, and what's waiting on you. You don't fill anything in here. Every row opens the thing it's about, over the page, so you can deal with it and come straight back.

The four tiles

On todayEvents happening today: your own, Taste events and private events. Underneath, the next one up and how many follow. On an empty day it names the next thing this week.
BrewingBatches in tanks today, and how many move today (a brew day, or a batch that's ready).
Running dryBeers that run out before their next batch is ready, within the next 30 days. Red when there are any.
TasksTasks due today, and how many are late.

Today, hour by hour

The Today list runs in time order with a red now line across it. Things already over sit above the line, grayed out; what's next is highlighted below it. Brew days and batches that are ready today sit at the top as all day. Tasks due today have a circle you can tick without opening them.

If a private event that closes the taproom lands on top of a public event, the public event's row says Clashes with and the booking's name.

Needs you

A to-do list nobody had to write. Each row has the button that does the next step.

GroupShows up whenButton
BeersA beer runs out in the next 30 days and its next batch won't be ready in time, or no next batch is planned.Plan a brew

When the list is empty it says all caught up.

Where the numbers come from

Running dry reads your tank schedule and each beer's out date. Kegs out too long reads where your kegs are. If a row looks wrong, the fix is usually on that screen, not here.

Add something

Add in the top right puts something on today: an Event, a Private event, a Brew or a Task. Each opens its own form, already set to today.
