Stats

Barrels brewed over time, your average batch, what's in every tank right now, and each beer's total.

Stats adds up what you've brewed: barrels this year and all time, how big your batches run, what's in each tank now, and every beer's total. It reads the same batches as the tank schedule, so there's nothing to enter here.

A batch counts from its brew day once it's actually been brewed. Planned and canceled batches don't count.

The four numbers

NumberWhat it is
Brewed this yearBarrels brewed since January 1. Underneath: barrels and batches all time.
Average batchBarrels per batch. Underneath: how many batches were estimated, or from measured volumes when none were.
Fermenting nowTanks with a batch in them now, out of all your tanks.
Beers brewedHow many different beers you've brewed, all time.

Where the barrels come from

For each batch, PintDeck uses the first of these it has:

  1. The volume measured into the tank: a Volume reading on brew day, or Volume (gal) in the batch's Measured panel.
  2. The batch's size.
  3. Its expected kegs, as half-barrels.
  4. Its recipe's batch size.
  5. The tank's capacity.

The last three are estimates, and Average batch says how many batches used one.

Make the barrels exact

Log the volume going into the fermenter on brew day, or type it in the batch's Measured panel afterward. See Cellar tasks.

Barrels brewed

The chart shows barrels by period. Pick the range with 1M, 3M, 1Y, 3Y or ALL: one month is drawn by week, three months and a year by month, three years by quarter, and all time by year. Per month shows each period's barrels, and Running total adds them up. A quiet stretch shows as a gap rather than being left out.

Cellar

One row per tank, in your tank order:

ColumnWhat it shows
TankIts name, type and size.
BeerWhat's in it, or Empty. Planned under the beer means it's booked into the tank today but not brewed yet.
LevelHow full it is: the last level logged on the tank (read Oct 3), or else what was brewed into it (as brewed). A tank with no capacity says No capacity set.
DayHow far along the batch is: Day 6 of 21.
ReadyWhen it's due out, or how many days late, in red.

Click a row to open the tank, or the beer's name to open the beer.
